These Store Policies are applicable to any purchases made from this website only. If you purchase from my ETSY shop, my ETSY shop policies are in effect.

On this website, all sales are considered final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Most remote healing sessions are completed within 2 business days. If a recording is part of your purchase, it will be made available to you shortly after the healing session has been completed. If your remote healing session purchase does not include a recording, a confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after the healing session has been completed.

If your purchase is for a Soul Alignment Reading, the reading will be completed within 3 business days when a PDF will be emailed to you.

If your purchase is for a coaching session, I will contact you within 1 business day to schedule an appointment convenient for both of us.

4 Body Healing accepts credit and debit cards through Wix Payments, as well as PayPal payments. Please contact Janet at smithjb@frontiernet.net if you need to make other arrangements.
